Note that:
There shall be no other sundries in the particles for injection molding, especially metal and other hard objects, otherwise the screw will be damaged and
injection molding cannot be carried out. Smaller particles can be selected for injection molding materials, but they cannot be larger than that of the provided;
When shutting down, must first press the stop key, then turn off the system switch, and then unplug the power supply, otherwi se the operating parameters
will be lost and need to reset again the points of mold clamping, demoulding and mold opening after starting up;
When the material for injection molding cannot be discharged in the funnel, pour out them first, and observe whether the material at the funnel mouth melts
into a mass. If so, adjust the value of the temperature controller downward (the adjustment range is 255-300 degrees). DO NOT directly poke down with a
stick, for that once the stick is poked deeper, it is easy to choke the screw and cause feeding failure;
When the mold is removed and reassembled, the static mold needs to be installed first. The feeding port of the static mold sh ould be aligned with the
injection port, otherwise the injection duct will leak material. After installing the front mold and locking it with screws, insert the four guide posts on the
movable mold into the static mold, and then clamp the mold of the injection molding machine. After clamping the mold, tighten the screws of the movable
mold;
If it is found that the screw or movable mold does not move after pressing the button during normal operation, there may be a motor alarm. Click the stop
button and turn off the system switch, and then turn on the system switch after 10s to restore the function;
If the injection molded product is not demoulded after the mold is opened, press the stop button and manually take out the product, and then adjust the mold
opening position and extend the ejector pin a little more. Can also adjust the demoulding times to repeat demoulding operation several times to ensure
complete demoulding of the product;
